- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access## Social Media Integration### Connecting Accounts- You may connect your Instagram and other social media accounts
- You must own or have permission to connect these accounts
- You grant us permission to access your social media data as outlined in our Privacy Policy### Data Usage- We collect and analyze your social media data to provide our services
- Data is used only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy
- You maintain ownership of your content## Subscription and Payment### Subscription Plans- MediaMetrics offers monthly and yearly subscription plans
- Payment processing is handled through secure third-party services
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled### Refunds and Cancellation- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings
- Refunds are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies

- We comply with applicable privacy laws including GDPR## Limitation of Liability### Service Availability- We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service

- We are not liable for social media platform changes that affect our service### Damages- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law## Termination### By You- You may terminate your account at any time
- Deletion of your account terminates this agreement
